Average gas prices--February 23, 2009

Gasoline and diesel prices fell this week in every region compared against the week before. On average, gasoline prices are up 5.5 cents. The national gasoline average is now about a $1.22 below the price this time last year. Diesel fuel is now $1.42 below this time last year.
