Average gas prices--March 23, 2009

Gasoline and diesel prices are have risen in nearly all regions compared against the week before. The national gasoline average is now about a $1.30 below the price this time last year. Diesel fuel is now $1.90 below this time last year and it is about 8 cents less per gallon than premium is today.
