Average gas prices — August 24, 2009

Gasoline prices are slightly down compared to the week before with just the Rocky Mountain region seeing a minor uptick, though diesel fuel is up coast to coast. The national gasoline average is now about a $1.06 below the price this time last year. Diesel fuel is $1.48 below this time last year.
