Ford has halted production of the full-sized Transit Classic vans in China, because it found their accelerator pedals were made by the same supplier as those involved in the recall of Toyotas in the United States, as well as China and Europe. Only about 1,600 trucks had been built, according to USA Today. 

This recall does not affect any models sold in the United States.
