GM is recalling over 162,000 Hummer H3 SUVs from 2006-2010 due to a problem with the hood that could cause it to detach from the vehicle while driving. The clip tabs on the hood louver may break causing it to rattle against the hood and become loose. Additional clips could also break and the hood louver could detach from the vehicle.
