With the publication of the annual autos issue, the Cars team receives many questions from readers via email, blog comments, Facebook, and Twitter about choosing the right car and better understanding our test findings. Where possible, we provide written answers, or point to the where they can be found online. This year, we're also experimenting with video responses using VYou.com.

The concept is simple and promises to be fun. Readers can submit short typed questions via the vyou.com/consumerreports page or the module embedded below. The Cars team will review the questions in the queue and answer select ones with a custom video.
