Uncle Sam is going on tour. The National Telecommunications and Information Administration has dispatched its Mobile Assistance Centers (i.e., vans) to stadiums, movie theaters, and town centers nationwide to help consumers with older TVs and rabbit ears apply for digital converter box coupons and demonstrate how to hook those boxes up.
