If you've been thinking about grabbing a tablet, here's a deal for you: Amazon today is offering refurbished Kindle Fire tablets at $139 "while supplies last." That's $30 cheaper than the usual price of $169.

According to Amazon's site: "A Certified Refurbished Kindle Fire is a pre-owned Kindle that has been refurbished, tested, and certified to look and work like new. They come with the same one-year limited warranty as a brand-new Kindle Fire."

When Consumer Reports tested the Kindle Fire, we awarded it a CR Best Buy and said it was "one of the best performers we've seen to date in a tablet costing $200 or under." Also noted by our reviewer was "the rich variety of material in the manufacturer's content market, with a music store. But there's no Bluetooth connectivity option on this tablet."
