If it cooks as good as it looks, it's a winner for sure.

Who would pay over $8,000 for a double oven? That much money should by you a whole kitchenful of appliances!

its actually one of the best ovens.it cooks a full size turkey in 45 min.price is crazy, but if you can afford it, get it.

It's ridiculous to pay such an outrageous price for an oven.

It is truly all relative. It performs like a BMW drives. After using it for 4 days, I know it is a fantastic tool which will pay for itself in no time.

I own one and love it. Meal prep time is negligable; always time to make a decent meal after work.

Regarding TurboChef. Robert J. Lanier. If I had the money I would have a 2000 square foot kitchen. All the fun commercial equipment from Middleby including a TurboChef oven. Invite people to bring ingredients, cook and have parties. Have the food bank pick up the many leftovers. Running a bakery size Hobart mixer is a kick. The ten sheet (a sheet is 24 x 36) oven is fun. A friend owns a bakery. A great way to wind down from Internet stock trading. I prefer visiting a commercial kitchen equipment dealer to any ballgame. Why not own a restaurant? All the headaches spoil the fun.
