Freezers
Chest freezers cost less than upright models, but some commenters are starting to wonder whether the time needed to defrost them is worth the savings. Our latest report on freezers includes a self-defrosting upright model for $380—close to the price of many chest freezers.

I am interested in purchasing a stainless steel cookware set. I am sad that Consumer Reports did not include any Kirkland or Sams Club sets in their testing, since a lot of people are starting to shy away from non-stick. Anyway, here is my question:
Kirkland Signature™, Item # 208782: 16-pc Stainless Steel Cookware Set is made from a Copper Bonded 5-ply Base. There are two layers of stainless steel (however not 18/10 ... am not sure what it is, but a magnet sticks to it), 2 layers of aluminum and 1 layer of copper.
Sams Club Item: #906350 is a 13 Pc. Stainless Steel Cookware Set. Is tri-ply and made of 18/10 stainless steel.
Both of these sets are around $200, which is my budget (give or take) Has anyone tried either of these sets or can anyone give me guidance based on the specs provided (there is more detail on their websites). I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer. Thank you!
