Why has Consumer reports not done a review of central air coditioners and heat pumps??? Most homes built in the last 30 years have them!

I have been looking through the reports for information on through wall/window air conditioners WITH HEAT.
I find them on market, but I would like to know what is best.

I also am wondering why Consumer Reports have not done a review of central air conditioners and heat pumps? I am in the market to replace my unit and always go to Consumer Reports first before making any major purchase. Please advise. I am at a loss as to where to go for unbiased opinions.
