The White House has posted the stimulus bill--officially known as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009--on its web site for public comment.

Next to links for PDF copies of the legislation, there is a form for you "to leave your comments, thoughts, and ideas."

The form allows you only 500 characters to make your point.
