Jun 2, 2009 12:09 PM
Resveratrol, a component of red wine and grapes, may be in the news for the purported anti-aging properties of its antioxidants--and for potential scams, as our blog yesterday reported.
If you're seeking more antioxidants in your diet, you could just drink some red wine. One glass has far less resveratrol that what's advertised in supplements. But it can be a lot more fun to ingest than a pill.
