Halloween festivities, including trick-or-treating, have been postponed in many towns still affected by the snowstorm that hit parts of the Northeast this weekend, and left millions without power after dumping record amounts of snow.
From Pennsylvania to New England, towns are putting Halloween on hold. So while downed power lines and damaged trees are both good reasons to keep little trick-or-treaters off sidewalks, here are some helpful safety tips for when the Halloween fun is back on again.
